WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial insights and supporting business decision-making:
- Financial & Business Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and interpret reports on Group and business unit performance to provide actionable insights
- Planning & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting cycles; monitor actual performance against plans and highlight variances
- Costing & Profitability Analysis: Maintain and update costing for clients/projects; analyze margins and cost efficiency
- Budget Control: Track budget execution, monitor cost structures, and identify optimization opportunities
- Business Partnering:
+ Collaborate with Accounting team to ensure compliance with VAS and local regulations
+ Partner with Sales team to maintain pricing databases and ensure timely, accurate updates
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform other analytical tasks and reports as assigned by the FP&A Manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic. (CPA/ACCA/CFA is a Plus)
- Up to 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit roles
- Experience in financial analysis, planning, or management reporting is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team
