Mô tả công việc
Buying
Use information from interviews, site visits, seminars, trade shows, internet, commercial & technical publications, and other contacts to search & develop effective vendors.
Processing orders and coordinating with parties to ensure goods are delivered within the committed timeline.
Analysis to define gap b/w supply and demand to propose an appropriate plan for non-stop supply (molds availability, capacity & competency of vendors vs. expectation).
Determine customer needs & expectations for sourcing
Seek and lead opportunities to shorten the lead time (localization/alternative sources)
Proactively work with relevant parties to minimize errors of supply (delivery, quality, etc..) and keep stakeholders informed if any changes impact normal cost/supply/delivery/or inventory.
Handle contract, payment, rebate, and complaints.
Seek and lead opportunities for saving (cost avoidance, cost reduction, new sources of purchase, pro-long payment term, etc..).
Optimization
Together with relevant divisions to qualify & re-qualify the current, new and potential suppliers.
Work closely with suppliers during non-conformities to ensure closure of quality issues.
Increase integrity & flexibilities by process improvement
Assist Q/A in leading supplier improvements on product quality.
Have alternative sources and contingency plans for critical items. Provide the immediate solutions during product non-conformities or supply
Track vendors' performance and propose actions for improvements
Sourcing
Supply management
Develop RFQ/Bidding; Evaluate vendor & quotation. Negotiate and recommend the most appropriate & cost-effective alternatives.
Update data (PIR; PS; VC etc..) into the SAP system.
Liaise between supplier, factory, and relevant internal departments to ensure a compatible system.

Qualification & Experiences
University graduated
3 years of experience in procurement.
Good English and fair proficiency in MS Office, SAP
Preferable experiences: Purchase Packaging & Services (logistic services: warehouse, transportation etc.., Work in FMCG manufacturing company
Understanding of QMS system (relevant to procurement)
