Keeping track of the forklift and truck maintenance. And handling activities of transportation means for beer production and distribution
Checks the compliance of the delivery, warehousing and hauling contractors to high performance standards such as in delivery and hauling efficiencies, vehicle physical conditions, uniforms, housekeeping, reports submission, segregation, stocks handling, inventory control, others.
Regular performs physical condition inspections of all sales office-based SMC and contractor-owned transportation units including forklifts, using standard checklists, and reports and discuss findings to the LOG MANAGER,
sales supervisors and contractor, as the case maybe. Makes necessary evaluation and recommendations for end-users to maintain them at good conditions continuously.
Conducts at least weekly audit on actual stocks, and other items or materials handle by the contractor and investigates discrepancies, if any, and submits findings to the Log Manager.
Coordinates with Sales Supervisors on their stock requirements and informs Product Supply Office on unexpected trends in sales volume.
Procures materials and supplies needed by the sales office and sales force; validates all received items from suppliers or local jobs done by contractors for payment.
Gathering daily reports from Sales offices, warehouses and submitting to Logistics Head.
Facilities the prompt and economical fabrication and installation of privilege panel order by sales
Conducts regular warehouse housekeeping inspections using standard checklists. Reports and discuss findings to the LOG MANAGER and contractor.
Conducts 100% outlet surveys and investigates customer complaints against delivery personnel in order to ensure quality of service rendered by the contractor.
Coordinates with the delivery contractor and
sales department on remedial actions for stocks that were not delivered and/or empties not pick up on schedule.
Ensures that all empties are returned back to the plant and these are 99% acceptable.
Performs other tasks as maybe required by the LOG MANAGER.
Making sure that the Beer distribution is proper and punctual as customer's request.
EducationBachelor&039;s/University degree in related fields or equivalent training.
Skills required
Work Experiencewell-experienced in Logistics and in Sales operations preferably in beverages/wine/beer industries.
- Personnel management skill.
- Thorough knowledge of Logistics system and business practices in Vietnam.
- Effective English oral and written communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
