Compensation and Benefit (C&B) TASK:
• Support Manager to provide C&B's data and reports as requested.
• Take care of monthly payroll to local employee to make sure members will receive proper compensation and benefits fully and timely.
• Prepare and register PIT code, dependent for Tax relief for employee.
• Support Manager build up, improve and update C&B Policy enhance.
• Coordinate HR-GA to ensure SI-HI-UI contribution and Trade Union fees timely accurately.
Human Resources management system (HRMS):
• Prepare User Manuals for all Modules of HRM systems and conduct training for users to make sure that thay can use system well and accurately.
• Work with Managers to install new HRM systems successfully and maintain HRM systems to improve the accuracy, effiency, and effectiveness after system go live.
• Act as an administrator for HR systems and personnel data, ensure on-time in full updates, generate reports, and maitain the highest data accuracy.
Performance Appraisal:
• Support Managers to summary the MBO (Management by Objective) result and conduct Annual MBO Award/ Incentive / Evaluation yearly to recognize employee's achievement.
Employee relation:
• Employee engagement: organize Company's event to enhance employee's engagement and promote a fun but professional enviroment: including but not limited to Team-building activites, year-end party or company trip (if have).
• Update and interpret the Internal Labor regulation, Welfare policy and other Company Regualtions to the employees.
• Controlling and supporting time-keeping driver working.
Recruitment:
• Prepairing Job Description (JD), job-posting, CV screening, Interview Arrangement, Offer Letter.
• Executing On-boarding procedures and Off-boarding procedures.
General Affairs (GA):
• Manage to book air-ticket, hotel booking, buy stationery, Labor Safety and Hygiene, Uniform for employees and Managers yearly.
• To be responsible for ensuring foreigner Managers follow the rule of Vietnamese Government the Work Permit, extension Resident card, declaration to in-out Viet Nam.
• Other GA task: back up for back office: postage management, telephone fee, internet fee.
• Hanlde with Consultant agency about change IRC (Investment license), Busines license.
- Good at English or Korea is a plus point.
- A University/College graduated in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experienced 3-5 years
- Creative, strategic, decisive, very energetic, highly dependable in work as well as good interpersonal and team work spirit in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge on HR-GA fields is advantages.
- Applicant who is available to start working immediately would be given priority.
