Achieve company product launch and business targe
Responsible for managing BeFinancial Products including new product launches and product enhancements
- Analyze fund flow and campaign effectiveness conclude analytical insight to make right pricing decision and product structure to maximize revenue
- Own the Plan and manage the P&L of the products.
- Prepare strategy paper on driving product portfolio and lead business initiatives
- Measure and manage customer satisfaction on the product experience
- Ensure on-going competitor analysis for product features
- Liaise with Marketing /BI CI/Growth/ Legal/ Technolgy/ other business groups on an on-going basis of product idea product development & GTM strategy
- Responsible for facilitating and developing new digital products for CAKE in term of customer insight UIUX banking process of product development in an agile product development methodology
- Design and develop digital banking product such as in alliance with Be&039;s Transportation ecosystem and digital partners
- Determine go to market aspects of the new products including sales strategy revenue model pricing etc. Develop price sensitivity model and continuous to improve product margin

Product Manager is requires a good understanding of the bank&039;s products and services in order to deal with individual/SME/MSME customer&039;s demands and customize the products accordingly.
- 2+ years of experience as a product manager in Digital Banking/ Banking firm
- Understanding of process and systems of the bank including core banking
- Prior experience in banking & finance product management / channel management / relationship management
- Excellent communication skills to handle cross-functional teams and partners
- Analyzing skills
