*** YOUR JOB:
Working time shift from 13:00 - 22:00 (can WFH from 17:00 to 22:00)
As our company is growing and we offer more services to our teams, we are looking for a Workstation/Workspace Specialist with a broad set of expertise in Windows, Azure (AD, InTune MDM & MAM, BitLocker etc), SharePoint, Laptop Client Standard (Dell & HP) definition and management, Windows OS and Application image creation and maintenance. Full lifecycle definition and management of our staff computers globally. You will be part of the Corporate IT Operations team which creates and operate the inner IT services.
The role involves designing and defining the Workstation services environment set and tools, enhancements, and requirements for today and tomorrow ELCA's client offering. The service encompasses major OSes like Windows 10 and a small footprint of MACs and tools such as Kace, DDPE, Anti-Virus, backup, Microsoft Active Directory, Remote Desktop, etc.
This role expects very good knowledge of the technologies mentioned above as well as Software Deployments, Software Updates Management, OS Deployment, Asset Intelligence, Desired Configuration Manager, Software Catalogue and Reporting. You will also overlook the good working operation of Kace, DDPE infrastructure, and working with other team members in developing and managing tools and scripts to support workstations across the enterprise.
*** You will be responsible for the following activities (not limited to):
• Maintain security compliance on workstations and servers with respect to OS security patches etc.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate specific new and emerging technologies/services to improve the management of the existing workstation estate.
• Continuously review, improve and define processes pertinent to Workstation lifecycle-related procedures such as (but not exclusively) software and hardware lifecycle, service catalog related to Workstation services, etc.
• Knowledge of SharePoint server design and administration, hands-on experience (2016, 2019).
• Continue to develop and improve the KPIs report and measurement of the well-being of the Workstation service environment.
• Install/Configure/Troubleshoot/Support technical solutions as per design in a production environment, write scripts to automate tasks.
• Define and implement technical standards that cover the workstation environment improvement and new services.
• Identify correct testing procedures to ensure thorough testing of new initiatives, before approval is granted and released to production.
• Continuously improve the patch management process and software update cycle, identifying new service improvements where applicable.
• Solid knowledge and experience of Kace, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, WDS, and Deployment of Windows operating system in a Global Environment.

*** YOUR PROFILE:
• Strong Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Knowledge in supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory, Group policies, InTune, etc.
• 7+ years of overall IT experience, at least 5+ years of relevant technical experience, and working as L2/L3.
• Maintaining an ITIL base product lifecycle and release management experience.
• Good working knowledge of the Anti-virus console used for managing anti-virus policies.
• Experience in implementing service catalogs and software management lifecycle.
• Years of experience in designing and implementing Workstation related services improving end-user experience and productivity.
• Implementing specific and relevant KPIs to measure the services and improvement of the latter.
• Application packaging.
• OSD deployment, application deployment.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience on Windows server 2016/2019, WDS, MDT, etc.
• Good experience in security Updates Distribution using Kace or other management tools.
• Very good technical knowledge of Windows 10 as well as an understanding of MAC OS.
• College degree in IT technology or similar engineering functions.
