Mô tả công việc
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join the HR team and be mainly responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from identifying talents of BE GROUP, engaging potential fit, assessing candidates to onboarding new hires. So as to be successful in this role, the TAM will establish close partnerships with the hiring managers, which is the foundation for effective testing, interviewing, and dynamic new hire experience. Employer branding and developing a robust candidate pipeline are other cornerstones of this role. By achieving successful placements for the team, the TAM plays a significant role in our growth strategy for the future.
- Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers
- Proactively cooperate & participate in departmental talent management & succession planning, including identify talents, tracking development activities implementation & progress, and periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability
- Partner with leadership throughout the organization to develop customized plans to meet their recruitment's plans
- Work closely with HRBP & Hiring Manager to consider and set a strategic plan and target on the talent acquisition activity of BE GROUP & BEFINANCIAL
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent pool
- Build effective relationship with respective stakeholders
Yêu cầu
- 03 years of experiences as Talent Acquisition Manager
- In depth knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Good leadership skills
- Familiar with a variety of different selection methods
- Strong network in Tech/ Fintech industry is a plus
- Critical thinker and problem solving problems
