HOME DEPARTMENT (9 months)
Home Induction
* Overview understandings about Technical Training and interactions with other depts
* Describe dept org chart, role, responsibility of each function and collaboration among them within department.
Home department Induction
* Share their curriculum and the roadmap (when, where, what they do at each certain time)
* Clarify Department&039;s expectation during rotation and after 1 year and how the trainee is evaluated along the program.
* Welcome to the team and get to know further about Home
* Clearly understand the roadmap and KPI
* Get to understand the expectation of Line Manager and how to be evaluated
Home Dept - Technical Training team
- Visit customer/ site tour with sale team & sharing case study
- Training P modules for new DS
- Visit plants, QA & understand quality, process, product (FGM, Plaster & Weber)
- Can summary case study & sharing with team
- Basic knowledge about installation
- Rehearsal P & I training modules
- Understand about quality process, testing, product FGM, Plaster & Weber
