UI/UX Designer

- Design user-friendly and compelling web pages and applications, including compelling graphics, interfaces, layouts, and websites.
- Develop and enhance UI/UX designs for our digital platforms, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and optimization for different devices.
- Translate customer needs into visuals, preparing wireframes, storyboards, and design prototypes to illustrate website function and layout.
- Collaborate with the project management and development teams to implement designs into the final product, ensuring the website accurately represents the company brand and messaging.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to gather user data and evaluate UI effectiveness.
- Use metrics, feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the digital experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience or a related field. However, relevant work experience will be considered in place of a degree.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, demonstrating a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and graphic composition.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
