OKXE is growing in the automotive industry, therefore, we are hiring a number of Sales, Retail positions as well as other positions. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition candidate to join the team to find and attract the right people and support the company's growth.
Details:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Providing end-to-end recruitment process, starting with analyzing job requirements, sourcing, interview arrangements, facilitating the interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, communicating with hiring departments;
- Following up with feedback during the recruitment process and keeping candidates informed;
- Following up with the hiring approval process;
- Being in-charge of on-boarding activities, orientation training for newcomers to the company;
- Improving current hiring processes to increase the effectiveness of recruitment and meet the business demand;
- Understanding the market and suggesting appropriate salary range/ level for hiring positions;
- Support newcomers in order to make them feel comfortable and inclusive.
2. Employer Branding:
- Be responsible for recruiting channels of the company, including: Facebook, Linkedin, Website...
- Suggest and implement the plan to promote OKXE recruitment branding.
3. Internal Communication:
- Organize activities, events to build a positive working environment.
Yêu cầu
- University degree;
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting. Knowledge in Sales, FMCG, Retail industry is a plus;
- Good organizational skills, ability to work independently and work with other departments, stakeholders;
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools;
- Good at communication;
- Good at English both speaking & writing;
- Mature, careful and result-oriented;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner;
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Attractive salary (Up to 23M gross) and lunch allowance;
- 13th month salary

- Mandatory insurance as per current Vietnamese social insurance
- Annual leave days 12 days/year
- Flexible working time: From 8:00-19:00. From Monday to Friday. Off on Sat & Sun
