* CS
- Contact window with customer to handle all customers complaint and requirement.
- Cooperate with related Dept. to investigate root cause and take action.
Make report to submit customer timely.
- Follow up improvement action after closing claim and feedback: implement and fan out improvement action for similar project.
- Prepare for customer audit onsite and audit checksheet
- Follow correlation plan with customer
- Other job assigned by manager
* New product introduction
- Monitor, evaluate and report (OK2Build and OK2Ship) to approve new products before shipping.
- Synthesize and analyze measurement results; Analyze, monitor and evaluate new product quality.

- Graduated from university special in electrical, chemical major,...
- They be able to communicate in English
- Logical thingking and responsible peson, can work under high pressure
QA experience as 8D report, QC 7 tool are plus
