Mô tả công việc
- Run social compliance program in company supply chain and drive improvement of violations by involving various stakeholders.
- Run grievance mechanism between the group and workers at garment suppliers in key sourcing countries (Vietnam and South East Asia). It includes introduction of mechanism, handle all cases properly, conduct investigation, set remediation action with suppliers and develop preventive measures for recurrence in other suppliers, make supplier own mechanism function and keep all relevant information accessible for analysis and public disclosure.

Yêu cầu
- Male/Female from 28 years old
- Graduated from university
- Advanced/fluent communication in English (MUST)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in compliance/sustainability/auditor position at western apparel companies is a MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with different suppliers (textile/garment factories) from local and international environment.
- Excellent problem solving skill and highly integrity
- Be able to summarize complex situations into easily understandable materials
- Willing to go on regular business trip (local and overseas)
- Can work under high pressure from the company and partners
