Collaborate closely with
Product Owners to understand business, user, and product goals.
Conduct user research and empathize with users to identify and solve real problems.
Design and communicate user flows, low & high fidelity wireframes, and maintain visual consistency for HaraSocial's desktop and mobile apps.
Work hand-in-hand with the Product Development Team (including Product, Engineering, and QC) to ensure seamless user experience and high product quality.
Contribute to the development and optimization of design systems, UX standards, and workflow processes for HaraSocial.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices; proactively share and spread design knowledge within the team.
Always prioritize customer experience in every design detail.
Yêu cầu
02+ years of experience
Expertise in Figma: skilled in applying design systems and proficient with components, auto-layout, and variables for both desktop and mobile app design.
Modern UI portfolio demonstrating clear design process and logical thinking.
Applicants must attach a Figma prototype concept link featuring both desktop and mobile versions of a product.
Experience in end-to-end product design, from user flows to high-fidelity mockups, focused on delivering optimal customer experience.
Passionate about design, eager to learn, growth-driven, and innovative.
Deeply user-centric, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
Understanding and practical experience with Heuristic Evaluation for UX assessment.
Hands-on experience in user research.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
Proven collaboration skills, effective cross-department teamwork.
Knowledge of E-commerce and/or SAAS products is a plus.
Familiarity with digital product design workflows.
Understanding and application of AI tools (e.g. V0, Loveable, Gemini, etc.) in prototyping/concept design is an advantage.
Google UX Design Certificate is an advantage.
