Mô tả công việc
- Translate/transcreate documents, websites, softwares, manuals, etc. from English into Vietnamese and vice versa, adapt the text to meet local requirements
- Edit, proofread, and review the translation
- Communicate/Discuss with other translators working on other components or similar documentation to achieve the best work
- Support management of the linguistic feedback loop
- Other linguist tasks as required
Yêu cầu
- At least Bachelor Degree in Linguistics, Foreign Languages, Translation or a related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in translation
- Required languages:
+ Superb command of Vietnamese
+ Expert command of English
- Required skills:
+ Good typing and word processing skills, proficient with terminology management and research skills
+ Good skills in Internet, Web, Microsoft Office and Email Skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and as individual effectively
- Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly to new linguistic requirements
- Responsibility for work, inquiring mind and self-improvement
- Careful and hard-working, punctual, well-organized and able to thrive under time pressure
- Good knowledge of workflow and/or other relevant translation tools (Trados, Wordfast, SDLX...) is preferred
- Commitment and passion for translation and language and driving consistent high quality
