JOB IN SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of raw material and finished goods warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth inbound/outbound flows, and efficient container loading for export. Ensure warehouse activities meet operational, safety, and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Warehouse Operations Management
Manage day-to-day operations of raw material and finished goods warehouses.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain warehouse layout and optimize space utilization and material handling flow.
2. Inventory Control & Accuracy
Ensure real-time and accurate inventory tracking through ERP/WMS systems.
Lead regular stock counts, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor inventory KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and stock aging.
3. Container Loading & Export Preparation
Plan and supervise container loading activities to maximize space and ensure product integrity.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics to meet export schedules.
Ensure all export documentation (packing list, pallet report, container seal, photos) is accurate and completed on time.
4. People & Safety Management
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and adherence to SOPs.
Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Conduct regular safety checks and 5S audits to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
5. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes, productivity, and layout.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Quality) for smooth end-to-end operations.
Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., barcode scanning, handheld devices, WMS rollout).
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, including export container handling.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Hands-on experience in raw materials and finished goods handling in a manufacturing/export environment.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
Basic English proficiency (reading documentation, email communication); fluent English is a plus.
