Warehouse Raw Material Leader

Supervision and Leadership
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Organize the management, inspection, and supervision of goods in warehouses to ensure RM supply follows FIFO.
Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records. Monitor the receipt and storage of incoming goods.
• Weekly: check uncountable RM & adjust on SAP.
• Co-operate with SQA to follow up on the RM return to suppliers.
• Monthly: conduct inventory rotation for selected RMs.
• Yearly: perform inventory to ensure accurate stock-taking via the SAP system.
Process Improvement
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
• Apply Lean manufacturing techniques and World-Class Manufacturing tools to optimize resources, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase manpower efficiency.
Safety Compliance
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of incidents.
Reporting
• Weekly: report on safety, quality, productivity in the warehouse, and actions taken to solve/prevent problems.
• Monthly: report top 1 major/standard Kaizen to top management.
• Inventory reporting: weekly / monthly / yearly.
Communication
Maintain clear communication between warehouse personnel and upper management to ensure cohesive operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
Other Tasks
• Ensure 5S in warehouse area.
• Implement other tasks assigned by Manager.
