Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor

- Operation:
+ Follow & manage operator team, ensure all activities are carried out smoothly, including inbound (receipt & put-away), outbound (pick, pack), cycle count (daily count & cycle count), and VAS.
+ The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team daily, delivering on-the-job coaching, training, and support.
-They will complete employee reviews and deliver feedback to team members on a regular basis.
+ The Warehouse Supervisor must work in a safe manner, in line with company policies and procedures.
+ They will be comfortable in understanding and delivering business performance targets and KPIs.
+ Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency.
+ Planning for cycle count, PI count, and PIC for that. Control results, and report to customers.
+ Manage movement SLOC request.
+ Control and manage Inventory Reconciliation, mapping between our system and customer system
+ Control and manage convert consignment.
+ Control and manage write-up/down process for adjusting the stock.
+ Control and manage screen on, sorting record for quality hold product.
+ Build up for inventory SOP, WI, and Processing.
+ Tranning operator.
+ Follow and action by request from customer and line manager.
+ Design, and control report by customer request.
- Admin & System
+ Working with the system at a basic level so that support Data admin on a busy day
+ Support Admin for special requests from Customers
- Other tasks
+ Report to the warehouse supervisor any issues & inventory discrepancies in the warehouse
+ Make damage report to send to warehouse supervisor
+ KPI, 5S, Safety
+ Other assigned tasks
