Key Responsibilities
Redesign and rebuild our existing website to a custom specification, creating a modern, professional, and high-performing platform.
Maintain and continually improve the company website, ensuring it stays updated, relevant, and optimised for lead generation.
Design, build, and optimise new landing pages each month for different campaigns, with a focus on capturing and converting leads.
Work directly with the
business leadership to translate ideas and requirements into real website features and improvements.
Implement UI/UX best practices to ensure websites and landing pages are engaging, easy to navigate, and effective.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain a smooth, reliable user experience.
Monitor website performance and make proactive improvements for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
Stay updated on design and development trends, bringing fresh ideas to continually lift the quality of our digital presence.
Communicate clearly and consistently with our team, providing updates, progress reports, and solutions without needing micromanagement.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Developer, with strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (custom builds, not just templates).
Demonstrated ability to redesign and rebuild websites to a professional standard, with a focus on performance and lead generation.
Solid experience building and optimising landing pages that capture and convert leads.
Good knowledge of content management systems, plugins, integrations, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking pixels).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, proactively, and to deadlines.
A creative mindset with a sharp eye for design, UI/UX, and detail - you take pride in polished, professional work.
Up-to-date awareness of modern web trends, design styles, and technologies, with the ability to apply them practically.
Good written and verbal English communication skills - essential for working directly with our Australian team.
