Mô tả công việc
Overall scope: maintain the visual style and consistency of the webtoon, as well as setting the overall art direction.
Setting the Visual Style: establish the overall visual style and atmosphere of the webtoon, including character design, backgrounds, and color palettes.
Managing the Art Team: oversee and coordinate various art team members including line artists, typesetters, colorists and background editors to produce consistent artwork.
Storyboarding: The storyboard (such as raw files) will be provided from Korea. You will help to supervise the flow of the story, the composition of each scene, and the visual representation.
Quality Control: Ensure all artwork meets the set standards and maintain high quality in the final product.
Providing Creative Direction: Offer creative ideas and direction to ensure the visual expression of the webtoon aligns well with the story.
Giving Feedback: Provide feedback to the art team and direct revisions when necessary.
Other tasks as assigned by director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience within webtoon, comic or digital art industry.
Proficiency in digital art software such as Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop.
Good verbal and written communication skills for providing clear feedback and direction.
Upper-intermediate communication in English.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Familiarity and having deep passion with webtoons, comics field.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining quality and consistency.
Ability to manage time effectively, optimize workflows and processes to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
