We are looking for an Account Executive with excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to serve as a key bridge between the company and its customers. The successful candidate will ensure seamless account management, contract execution, and payment processes while delivering outstanding operational support and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keys responsibilities:
1. Client Management
• Is the communication link between customers and internal departments.
• Receive requests, briefs from customers and fully communicate them to relevant departments.
• Monitor project progress and regularly update clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Proactively consult, answer questions, and coordinate with departments to provide suitable solutions for customers.
2. Project Coordination
• Coordinate with departments such as Planner, Creative, Design, Content, KOL, Media... to ensure the project is implemented on schedule.
• Monitor the timeline, control the quality, and progress of each item.
• Proactively detect and address issues arising during the implementation process.
• Ensure that the delivered products meet the customer's requirements accurately.
3. Support Project Operation
• Support project operation.
• Understand proposals, quotations, contracts, prepare meeting minutes and related documents.
• Participate in meetings with customers, record the content, and follow up on tasks after the meeting.
• Support the preparation of documents for pitching and presentations with clients.
• Update and store project profiles comprehensively and scientifically.
4. Customer Service
• Quickly and professionally receive and respond to customer requests.
• Support handling of emerging issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas to improve the quality of services and customer experience.
MUST HAVE
1. Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or Client Services at a Marketing / Advertising Agency; OR in B2B Sales /
Business Development with direct client-facing responsibilities.
2. Language
• Business-level Chinese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening) - able to conduct full client communications independently without support.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese - can articulate briefs, proposals, and solutions clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mindset & Attitude
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused - spots issues before they escalate.
• Comfortable working at pace; adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-moving project environments.
• Strong sense of accountability for deliverables and client outcomes.
NICE TO HAVE
1. Language
• Working proficiency in English (reading comprehension and written communication).
2. Experience
• Prior experience working with Chinese brands or businesses entering or operating in the Vietnamese market.
• Exposure to IMC,
Digital Marketing, KOL / Influencer Marketing, or Event Management projects.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate proposals and quotations written in Chinese.
• Experience in B2B client environments or brand-side marketing roles.
Tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) or collaboration tools such as Feishu / Lark.
