About the role
You will support the account team in daily client coordination and project delivery across both xolve and Favor.
This is a hands-on internship. You will see how a branding project runs from brief to handover, and how a small strategic agency operates behind the scenes. The work is real, the pace is fast, and the exposure is broad.
This role suits someone who is organized, detail-minded, and genuinely curious about branding, client work, and how creative businesses run.
Key responsibilities
1. Client coordination
Draft and send routine client communications, including meeting invites, follow-ups, and status updates, using approved templates.
Help schedule calls, presentations, and feedback sessions.
Prepare meeting agendas and circulate concise recaps after key calls.
Sit in on selected client discovery calls to observe and take notes, and support follow-up actions.
2. Project and workflow support
Assist in preparing project briefs, basic timelines, and simple slide decks.
Update tasks, due dates, and statuses in ClickUp.
Follow up internally with team members on upcoming deadlines, after confirming priorities with your supervisor.
3. Proposal and quotation support
Help format proposals and capability decks based on guidance from senior team members.
Support drafting and updating simple quotations or cost breakdowns using existing templates.
Cross-check that scope, deliverables, and timelines in proposals are consistent with internal notes and client discussions.
4. Reporting and documentation
Compile weekly progress summaries for internal use and for clients, based on input from the
Account Manager.
Organize and maintain project folders, including deliverables, approvals, and reference materials.
Keep a clean record of client feedback, decisions, and sign-offs.
5. Team collaboration
Attend internal kick-off meetings and client calls, take clear notes, and share them promptly with the team.
Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, and Design teams to ensure smooth handoffs between phases.
Flag issues early when you see missing information, unclear tasks or conflicting priorities.
6. Admin and operations support
Support basic admin tasks related to invoicing and expense tracking, such as gathering information and updating trackers.
Help maintain accurate client database and contact lists.
Assist with internal logistics for workshops and client sessions when needed.
7. Research and learning
Conduct light desk research on brands, competitors, and market examples to support proposals and presentations.
Capture learnings and good examples from live projects to build internal references for the team.
