The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager / Associate Account Manager who can act as a trusted bridge between our clients and internal teams.
This role goes beyond project coordination. You will help ensure that brand strategy, creative execution, and marketing objectives stay aligned. You'll manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure work is delivered with clarity, consistency, and high quality.
You'll be trusted to manage communication proactively, keep projects moving smoothly, and contribute to building strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.
What You'll Do
● Serve as the primary point of contact for selected client accounts
● Manage day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams
● Translate client needs and marketing objectives into clear project briefs
● Coordinate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to ensure smooth execution
● Manage timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across campaigns and content
● Ensure all work delivered aligns with brand strategy, messaging, and quality standards
● Identify potential risks, gaps, or opportunities within ongoing projects
● Support client presentations, reporting, and campaign reviews
● Help maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and reliability
Yêu cầu
What We're Looking For
● 2-4 years of experience in account management, project management, or marketing roles (agency experience is a plus)
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
● High sense of ownership and accountability
● Fluent in English
Nice to Have
● Experience working with brand, creative, or marketing teams
● Familiarity with marketing campaigns, content production, or
digital marketing workflows
● Experience managing lifestyle, luxury, FMCG, or premium brands
● Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills
