Sales and
Business Development• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute outbound prospecting strategies and campaigns.
• Research and identify new business opportunities by studying industry trends and our service offerings.
• Qualify prospects through discovery calls and needs assessments.
• Utilise a Consultative Selling approach in interactions with key decision-makers to tailor solutions to their industry-specific needs & challenges and generate revenues.
• Generate healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities

Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, building strong and trust-based partnerships.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of [protected info] solutions to maximize their adoption and ROI.
Strategic Account Planning
• Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to foster long-term relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including product and engineering-to relay client feedback and advocate for improvements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and client insights using CRM and analytics tools.
• Track and report on sales KPIs, client health metrics, and retention data.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in SaaS, AI, or industrial sectors), with a focus on Consultative Selling.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with mid-to-senior-level decision-makers across engineering, operations, and C suite levels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong presentation skills.
