Projects owner, acting as liaison between Client and Agency, by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively;
Oversees the status of the project as well as ensure deadlines, qualities are met;
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Providing effective service to all clients assigned and managing each account (client) professionally and profitably;
Manages & implements the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across agency departments & partners, suppliers...
Perform a deeper understanding of Client's business/ brief, their objectives and their competitors, bringing as much insight to the table as possible.
Study and ensure brand guidelines, where available, are adhered to in all creative executions.
Ensure the delivery of his/her project
Stimulating creative, media, production... and other personnel to do their best for clients through praise, objective evaluation, constructive criticism, realistic deadlines, etc;
Checking on works done by creative, studio, [protected info] presenting to clients and ensuring that
Account Executives do likewise;
Negotiating with clients, suppliers and agency concerning project details and costs;
Writing & presenting plan, reports, meeting minutes, project briefs and any other necessary documents;
Helping to secure new business;
Being on the alert to problems and opportunities, both for the agency and clients;
Managing Account Executives assigned to ensure that they service clients professionally and speedily. Training and counseling them timely.
Helping to oversee the operation of the agency in the absence of the Account Director so as to maintain professional standards and efficiency;
Ensure the clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed.
Monitoring and implementing of cost spending to ensure profitability of the account
Doing billing and income forecasts and checking monthly actual versus forecast;
Self-development to stay up to date on business
Performing tasks as delegated by assigned supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
From 2 years in advertising field. A background in advertising with strong digital experience
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
The ability to manage execution plan in a timely manner with keen attention to detail and KPI
Effective team management capabilities
