1. Responsibilities:
⮚ Client Management & Strategy Execution:
Work with internal teams, Clients and partners to develop strategies and execution plans;
Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention;
Act as the primary contact for clients, receiving, analyzing briefs, and identifying their advertising requirements and expectations;
Participate in pitching processes and propose marketing solutions that align with clients' business goals;
Present proposed solutions to clients.
⮚ Project & Campaign Management:
Oversee and manage campaigns from planning to execution, optimization, and reporting;
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign timelines and quality are met;
Manage performance, and ensure advertising spend efficiency;
Proactively suggest optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
⮚ Team Leadership & Development:
Guide, train, and mentor Account Interns &
Account Executives &
Senior Account Executives to enhance their expertise;
Assign tasks effectively and manage the team's workload to ensure high performance;
Evaluate team members' performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
⮚ Performance & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, assessing results against KPIs;
Identify potential risks during campaign execution and propose proactive solutions;
Stay updated with market trends, conduct competitor research, and recommend innovative advertising strategies.
2. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields;
At least 3 years of experience in
Digital Marketing, with a minimum of 1 year in an Account Lead or equivalent role;
Experience working with Performance Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a strong advantage;
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Strong leadership abilities, team collaboration, and motivational skills;
Strategic thinking, data analysis, and campaign optimization expertise;
Strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines;
Proficiency in English is a plus.
