PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
Act as the primary bridge between Clients and internal teams (Creative, Planning, Operation). Your main goal is to ensure smooth communication, flawless execution, and client satisfaction for Event & Activation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the main bridge between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Design, Production) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on payments/liquidations.
Supervise event execution (onsite) to handle arising issues and ensure quality control.
Compile Post-Show Reports and manage administrative tasks after campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Marketing Agencies (Strong preference for Event & Activation).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Proficient in English (Communication & Writing) is a strong advantage.
Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and leadership potential.
