1. Administrative part:
- Responsible for company administration and daily affairs, such as reception, office environment supervision and management, etc.
- Responsible for office supplies and fixed assets management (purchase, distribution, inventory, scrap, etc.), administrative cost statistics.
2. Compliance part:
- Make the ethical policy depend on the Local law and customer policy then applies for the factory.
- Research potential compliance issues and updates of local and national labor laws.
- Do the internal audit at the factories and make the orientation action plan.
- Observe all sites at the factory and make the report for the customer about their requirements to factories.
- Do the external audit at all factories in ethical audit.
- Visit the factories frequently to check about the action plan and do the corrective action.
- Update the concern local laws and customer requirements and transfer for the factories.
- Have the meeting with the customers to get new updates.
- Attend the audit of third party at the factories.
- Make the plan to improve the ethical standard to help factory meet all basic standards and continually improve
- Getting information from feedback of customer: environment, safe, health, environment. conditions at the company are fit with the customer's requirements.
- Control and training for factories about HSE managerment
- In charge and training about company regulation, internal policy,security, health & safety for worker.
- Contact & organize to training anti-fire, First-Aid,Health checking annualy...
- Contact & maitain the relation with Local authority.
- Responsible to General Affair
