Job Description
Reception:
Greet clients, visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and direct to appropriate person
Handle all incoming calls, answer inquiries, take and forward messages or transfer calls to appropriate personnel
Ensure the distribution & delivery of mail, merchandise express service made on a timely basis with reliable services
Prepare grab/ taxi for staff, hotel and plan tickets booking as per projects' needs
Administration:
Take care of office operations, be in charge of facilities management, equipment fixing and maintenance, fixed asset control & inventory
Maintain office supply stock (stationery, lunch, parking, mobile phone, internet)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, arranging meeting room
Support in organizing internal events
Support projects' logistic tasks if any
Requirement
1+ years relevant working experience in administration
Good communication skill, negotiation skill and management skill
Good at organizational and interpersonal skill
Team player, careful, sense of responsibility
