Admin Intern (3 Months)

Performs receptionist functions, which include main activities:
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors in the public area.
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office:
Pick up and deliver the mails, bills, invoices... to involved person or department.
Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (stationery, drink water, miscellaneous goods...), collect PR from centers/ departments, making PR to Purchasing monthly.
Manage the taxi cards delivery and monitor the usage to ensure policy compliance.
Perform other related duties as required.
