1. Answering calls from customers, partners, main office, performing clerical work
2. Welcome customers and partners of the company.

4. Welcome or collaborate with concerned departments in welcoming governmental departments; make reports as their request.
5. Manage documents and files. Receive documents, papers, and dispatches from departments. Then arrange, classify, and send them to each competent department for processing. Draft necessary documents for leaders when the board arranges decisions and requests. In addition, the admin also supports printing advice, stamping, and standardizing documents and files according to the requirements of the departments.
6. Equipment and asset management. Regularly control and inventory the company's assets, plan and maintain old or damaged equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to regularly monitor the status or replace equipment to ensure the company's operations.
7. Cooperate and support Admin & HR department in main office to carry out the relevant issues.
8. Implement other duties assigned by Management Board.
