We are seeking an AI Team Leader (Manager) to lead our AI research and development team for a collaborative project with Japan.
This role requires a leader with a strategic, big-picture perspective to manage project timelines, allocate and adjust resources effectively, and ensure delivery quality.

Leadership & Team Management
Build, manage, and mentor the AI team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Plan, monitor, and adjust project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Allocate and optimize resources (human, technical, budget) to achieve project goals efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, marketing, sales) to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
Regularly report project status to senior management and proactively manage risks.
Technical & Research Responsibilities
Set the research direction for AI, with a focus on LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP applications.
Select appropriate annotated datasets for supervised learning tasks.
Train, evaluate, and refine machine learning models using statistical analysis.
Identify and implement the most suitable algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.
Extend and maintain ML libraries and frameworks to scale across projects.
Contribute to optimization problems and system performance improvements (a plus).
Stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving AI/ML ecosystem, particularly in LLMs and Generative AI.
