This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring strong operational standards, guest experience, team development and financial performance across multiple restaurants.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting restaurant management teams across the southern region
• Driving sales growth, profitability and cost control
• Developing strong management teams through coaching, mentoring and leadership
• Ensuring all restaurants operate to Al Fresco's Group standards and procedures
• Maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and team engagement
• Representing the Al Fresco's Group Vietnam professionally at all times
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 10 years' experience in hospitality or F&B management in Vietnam
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally overseeing multiple outlets in Vietnam, preferably in HCMC.
Leadership:
• Strong, decisive and supportive leadership style
• Ability to build trust, motivate teams, and drive results
• A leadership approach that is firm, fair and friendly (but not familiar)
Professionalism:
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Strong operational and financial management capability
• High integrity and ethical decision-making
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Accountability:
• Ability to set targets, manage KPIs and hold teams accountable for performance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
