Main Responsibility

Corporate Business Development

Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of corporate business opportunities.
Develop business from PvcomBank Big Corporate BankingAchieve assigned APE, case count and revenue targets.
Lead client meetings, presentations and solution discussions.

Strategic Account Management & Tender Delivery

Develop account plans and map stakeholders / decision makers within large enterprises and SOEs.
Lead end-to-end preparation and submission of competitive insurance tender packages.
Manage full project implementation post-award; coordinate Product, Pricing, Legal, NBU, Operations, Finance and IT.
Conduct needs analysis; independently read, analyse and adjust actuarial illustrations and group benefit schedules.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentation materials and bidding documents.
Support Account Head in strategic opportunities and negotiations.

Partner Development, Quality & Reporting

Train RMs, BSMs and Corporate Banking teams on Group and Employee Benefits solutions; organise workshops, roadshows and sales campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with PVCB stakeholders and corporate clients.
Monitor Persistency, Product Mix, Case Size and Customer Experience; support post-sales servicing.
Ensure compliance with Generali standards and regulatory requirements.
Weekly pipeline reporting (deal status, expected close dates, next actions) and quarterly business reviews to Account Head.
Timely escalation of business risks and implementation challenges.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Insurance
Minimum 8 years in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Employee Benefits or Corporate B2B Sales.
Minimum 5 years managing teams, projects or strategic accounts.
Tender Experience ★ Directly participated in or led at least 2 corporate insurance tenders with contract value ≥ VND 5 billion per package.
SOE / DNNN Exposure ★ Familiar with SOE and large group procurement culture: multi-level approval processes, procurement regulations and institutional buying behaviour.
Proven track record managing B2B opportunities with medium to large enterprises (SME to large cap).
Preferred background:Corporate Banking, Insurance Broker, Employee Benefits consulting, Group Insurance or Bancassurance Corporate segment.
Insurance Products: Life Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Employee Benefits, Key Person Insurance, ULP / ILP
Sales & Advisory: Corporate Sales, Solution Selling, Needs Analysis, Independent Actuarial Illustration Reading & Adjustment
Tender & Procurement ★: Procurement law and tender documentation; SOE procurement regulations and compliance
Core Competencies: Pipeline Management, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Coordination, Executive Communication, Problem Solving, Coaching & Ownership
Language: English at executive presentation standard (written and spoken)
