About the location:

About the role:
Supports the Director of Engineering in leading a team of Engineering and Maintenance professionals responsible for all engineering operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for both guests and employees.
What you will do:
Ensure the overall operation of Engineering & Landscaping department.
Train Engineering staffs in accordance with hotel guidelines.
Able to review and correct Engineering SOPs and its implementation.
Regularly review the performance of engineering team members in accordance to hotel guidelines.
Ensure all works performed by staff are compliant with codes and regulations.
Ensure 24-hours engineering and maintenance coverage.
Conduct the Engineering walk-through and follow up on its results
Inspect areas to ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled.
Support DOE in plan, compiles and manage the repair and maintenance budget and the capital expenditure budget, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
Liaise with contractors to schedule work required.
What you bring:
Minimum 3 years experience in an engineering management position at a luxury property.
Relevant technical education, certification, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
Excellent ability to document events relating to equipment warranty.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Vietnamese & English.
