Mô tả công việc
- To support the Head of Laboratory through the effective management and coordination of all Colour Laboratory operations and processes (CCM Recipe Prediction & Correction, Colour matching both visually and digitally) in view of adhere to SOP of Color Laboratory.
- To ensure the high-quality Color matches and recipes are produced and submitted within agreed service
lead times as to maintain the customer satisfactory levels /Approval levels at 90%.
- To ensure all laboratory operators are full trained (and cross trained) to meet the requirements of their roles and can perform their tasks in accordance with all relevant SOPs and safety requirements.
- Ensure Laboratory WIP is managed in view of achieving the high level of set Lead Time KPI's and balancing the lab capacity under the supervision of Head of Laboratory.
- Track the daily, monthly performance in terms of all the Lab KPI's and report effectively.
- Monitor, analyse and report on lab to bulk reproducibility and work with bulk dyehouse team to ensure the highest level of lab to bulk reproducibility are maintained.
- Continually promote the principles of 5S housekeeping.
- Manage sales team's expectations through timely and effective liaison and feedback relating to queries

Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required
Knowledge and understanding of:
- Basic Color Theories, Dyes and Chemicals (Reactive, Disperse, CDP)
- Spectrophotometer Tools (datacolor or X-RITE)
- Different Knitted fabric items from Cotton, CVC and Polyester
- Color Lab tools of Dye Dispensing Unit (CCK) and Lab IR Dye machines
- Cotton & Polyester Dyeing Programs
- All Lab SOPs
- Lab Health and Safety SOP and PPE requirements for different chemicals and lab equipment
- 5S Housekeeping principles
Experience
• College Level Education (Advantage related to Chemical/Textile Engineering)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience work as a Colorist
- Proficient in use of CCM (Spectrophotometer)
- Proficient in use of ERP for production
- Proficient in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Team management experience
