We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong management experience, who excels in operational strategy, team coordination, and organizational development. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure smooth operations, effective financial management, and sustainable growth for the company.
Your Responsibilities
Support the CEO/Management team in executing operational strategies and staffing plans to align with the company's business objectives.
Assist in translating company strategies into actionable tasks for departments and help track key performance indicators to ensure effective implementation.
Coordinate daily operations across teams to ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and effective communication between departments.
Support budgeting, financial tracking, and operational reporting; work with the Accounting and Legal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Assist in monitoring and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Track operational performance, identify issues, and support the implementation of corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare periodic reports on operational progress and support management in forecasting and planning.
Ensure company policies and regulatory requirements are followed across operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO or Management team.
Yêu cầu
Must have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or related roles; candidates must be between 26 and 32 years old.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Conversational English skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and relevant management tools
Nice to have
Experience in the IT industry or working with technology companies.
Familiarity with task management and communication tools such as Trello, Slack, or WhatsApp.
Experience working with C-level executives and managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to create system and process diagrams (e.g., flowcharts, system architecture diagrams)
