Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily
purchasing operations for hotel and corporate requirements.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, approval workflows, and budget controls.
Coordinate with departments to understand operational needs and procurement timelines.
Support contract management, supplier database maintenance, and documentation control.
Monitor inventory movement and collaborate with stores/operations to avoid shortages or overstock.
Conduct market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and purchasing summaries for management review.
Support implementation and improvement of procurement systems and workflows.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring service quality and delivery standards.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or F&B industries.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
Familiar with procurement procedures, vendor management, and inventory control.
Good command of English communication and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/Purchasing systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
