Mô tả công việc
• To assist Reservation & Revenue Manager in increasing the Hotel's profitability.
• Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to International Hotel manual system.
• To supervise reservation officers on daily tasks.
• To assist guests and ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
• Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
