Work Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the seafood industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of seafood products, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with seafood processing, import/export, or food manufacturing companies.
• Established network within the seafood industry is an advantage.
• Experience in key account management and
business development.

• Develop relationships with partners and food processing factories to identify new technologies and applications.
• Explore opportunities to optimize processes and reduce operational costs for customers.
• Act as the key contact person for assigned customers and projects.
