Recruit, train and manage teachers, ensure teaching quality, in line with academic standards.
Oversee the implementation of online classes, ensure materials, schedules and resources are provided effectively.
Maintain class quality standards, monitor operational metrics and continuously improve processes based on student feedback.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues that arise, improve student learning experiences in line with company direction.
Manage operations through systems such as Insight, HubSpot and ClassIn, ensure effective reporting and data-driven decision making.
Generate and analyze reports to optimize operations, ensure relevant departments are informed of key metrics.

Yêu cầu
College/University degree in Education, Academic Management or related field.
5 years of operational management experience, preferably in EdTech or online education.
Skills and experience in managing a team of teachers or academic staff.
Systems thinking, process building and optimization.
Collaboration skills with departments.
Analytical thinking with the ability to use data to improve operational results.
