Your mission is to dominate the leisure market by transforming Travel Agent (TA) relationships into sustainable revenue streams. You exist to bridge the gap between our property's luxury offerings and the evolving demands of inbound and domestic travelers, ensuring we are the first choice for every high-value itinerary.
What Will You Do
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth
Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify untapped leisure segments and high-potential business channels.
Convert market intelligence into actionable sales strategies that maximize ADR (Average Daily Rate) and occupancy.
Target and acquire new Inbound and Domestic Travel Agents to diversify the property's booking portfolio.
Strategic Relationship Management
Build a robust pipeline of future bookings by cultivating deep-rooted trust with key decision-makers at Top-tier TAs.
Execute high-impact sales activities, including strategic sales calls, site inspections, FAM trips, and representation at major travel trade shows.
Act as a consultant to our partners, understanding their business pain points to provide tailored hospitality solutions that outperform competitors.
Sales Operations & Synergy
Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from professional proposals and negotiation to final execution and database management.
Collaborate with internal Marketing and Operations teams to ensure promotional campaigns are commercially viable and service delivery meets guest expectations.
Maintain a pristine CRM database to track customer behaviors, ensuring personalized follow-ups and long-term loyalty.
Yêu cầu
B2B Sales Mastery: At least 2 years of proven success in the hospitality or service industry, with a track record of closing deals in the Leisure/TA segment.
Market Acumen: Deep understanding of the Inbound and Domestic travel ecosystem, including economic trends and competitor positioning.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to sell on value rather than price, effectively navigating complex contract discussions to secure "win-win" outcomes.
Fluent Communication: Professional-level English (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with international partners and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: A Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality, paired with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities before they become obvious to others.
