Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
Proven experience in team supervision, cost control, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Creativity in developing beverage menus and promotions.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
