Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the agency, including administration, customer service, and staff management.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and are motivated.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, track revenue, and ensure the agency meets sales targets and profitability goals.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and products, and meet sales targets.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Vendor Relations:
Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors.
Travel Planning:
Assist customers with planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Compliance:
Ensure the agency complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
