Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager to join our team.

Marketing Manager will plan & execute all tasks to growth brands with smooth operation, but not limited to, carry out assigned tasks that related
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategic Planning (20%):
Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors' movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues, understand unmet needs for brand planning
2. Brand Activities Excellence (40%):
Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution
Get closed to customers/ consumers via frequent market visits
Work well with cross functions to drive sales and build brand
Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets
3. Ensure Smooth Planning & Execution (30%)
Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
Lead cross functions (supply chain,
purchasing, sales,
trade marketing) to run the NPD process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam.
Management of PnL and marketing budgets within agreed targets.
Follow up and control Marketing expenses.
Continuously check stock, promotion, marketing investment to ensure smooth operation
4. Retain and develop team members (10%):
