Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for planning & executing marketing activities to grow sales, share, profit for the assigned brands/ sub-brands.
- Support line manager in strategy development, campaign planning & execution, managing brand performance to achieve brands & company's target.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop annual plan, quarterly and monthly plan for the assigned brands/ sub-brands.
- Closely monitor the brands/ sub-brands performance, analyze and identify the gaps (if any) and propose actions plan to improve.
- Lead all the campaigns of the assigned brands/ sub-brands from planning to execution and ensure to deliver on time, in full, high quality, including both ATL & BTL activities.
- Closely work with Global Marketing team to develop the brands/ sub-brands strategy, communication strategy, product formulation, production of key communication assets (TVC/ KV/ Digital/ Social).
- Cooperate with cross functions in VN (
Trade marketing, Sales, Procurement, Legal, Logistic, Corporate Affairs...), ensure smooth implementation & execution in related projects.
- Take the leading role in some assigned projects / activities which are assigned by line manager; delegating ownership and leadership to ensure reaching the committed KPI, quality and timing.
- Take other assignments from line manager as requested
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors
- At least 6-year experience working in marketing or currently already in the brand manager role in FMCG or Beverage Category.
- Having good understanding about Sport or having experiences in Sport Marketing is a plus.
- Business Application: Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook
- Good at English & computer usage
- Data & Neilsen analysis

- Good project management, time management, communication & influencing
