Brand Protection Manager (Trưởng Phòng Bảo Vệ Thương Hiệu)

The Brand Protection position is essential for Jotun to maintain brand value, consumer loyalty and market position. It helps protect against potential revenue loss, reputational damage, and customer confusion caused by counterfeit products or unauthorized use of the brand.
The position will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, reporting to the Marketing Director, and will serve as the legal contact point for regional and group legal matters.
• Monitor and enforce the Company's intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights) across online and offline channels.
• Propose and take lead applicable anti-fake solutions to protect Jotun's brand in close collaboration with cross functions among operations, sales, marketing and legal.
• Promote, communicate and improve brand awareness of consumers to help them to purchase Jotun genuine products.
• Be responsible to handle counterfeit/ fake product cases in the market including receiving, handling and closing the cases.
• Be responsible to register marketing promotion campaigns to authorities to ensure the compliance with regulations.
• Work and build relationship with regulatory bodies, legal partners in strategic markets to combat brand abuse and counterfeiting.
