Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, preference, and loyalty for brands.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and strategies.
Product Management:
Oversee the development and launch of new skincare products, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Manage product portfolio performance, ensuring that products meet both consumer needs and company objectives.
Marketing Campaigns:
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and awareness.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, adjusting strategies based on real-time data and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with skincare industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging competitors.
Budget Management:
Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and report on the performance of marketing investments, adjusting tactics as needed to meet financial and brand objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all functions.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including suppliers, retailers, and influencers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of brand management experience, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of skincare market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to drive results through strategic marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of
digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce
