Understand current business process operations (BPO) in Archetype group and related IT solutions.
Document the BPOs and related IT solutions functions.
Document user guide to support user using the IT solutions effectively.
Document FAQ for end user.
Document existing bugs/issues.
Yêu cầu
Final year student or graduated bachelor's in IT, or related fields.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a big advantage.
Knowledge of Business Analysis and Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
Experience in writing English document is a must.
Knowledge and Experience in Data Analysis is preferred.
