Proactively engage in the software development process by eliciting, researching, analyzing, and consulting on business requirements for key projects.
Attend meetings with the North American product team to gather and clarify product requirements.
Create detailed documentation and requirements specifications for development.
Collaborate with
testers to ensure development outcomes meet agreed-upon requirements.
Draft and distribute user manuals and guides for end-users.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA).
Strong verbal and written English skills, capable of supporting the team with English documentation (IELTS: -7.0)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex software systems quickly.
Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation.
Strong communication, presentation, and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in ERP, E-Commerce, or the Telecommunication domain is preferred.
Basic understanding of databases, particularly MySQL.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
