What You'll Do
Own the Problem Space & Monitor Data Anomalies: Architect user empathy by monitoring Power BI and Pancake to proactively identify usage drop-offs and onboarding or paywall friction. Analyze tickets, databases, and chat logs to define definitive, user-centric Problem Statements, maintaining a pristine backlog prioritized by "Problem Space" vs "Solution Space."
Bridge Growth & Tech via Co-Design: Serve as the translation engine between Growth and Tech. Facilitate cross-departmental "Co-Design" sessions during sprint planning to ensure absolute alignment, turning abstract business opportunities and user pain points into precise technical requirements.
Scope High-Velocity MVPs & Document Journeys: Collaborate with product squads to scope lean, high-velocity Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Write detailed Product Backlog Items (PBIs), user stories, and edge-case specifications while documenting end-to-end user journeys, system integrations, and behavioral retention triggers.
Validate Solution Value & Analyze Trade-offs: Protect platform integrity by designing and enforcing rigorous multi-ring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that features improve core metrics post-launch. Present data-backed, objective trade-off analyses to the Head of Growth and Head of Tech when balancing engineering capacity against business priorities.
